OREGON State BAR v Roger Weidner - May 14, 2009
Oregon State BAR prosecutes ex-prosecutor, turned Peoples Advocate, Roger WEIDNER for practicing Law without a license, and Roger turns it into a SHOW case of Witnesses AGAINST the "Criminal Racketeering of the State Bar Lic. Attorneys, who many witnesses are waiting to testify FOR Mr. Roger Weidner, and AGAINST the State Licensed Attorney's who are NOW accused by their client-victims of many felonies. This is part 1 of 5. Hearing was continued to an unstated future date... The Prosecutor , Bruce Cohen, who smiles in the beginning is NOT smiling by end of day. And if the STATE is wise, they will just try to forget the whole thing. In this clip their STAR witness, Atty. Wm FIG, is accused of knowingly lying under oath, and that may explain why they did NOT want video taping of the first two witnesses. Mr. Cohen asks for NO video on them. Watch and see why.
